The price was nice. The hotel itself is older, but obviously fancy and well built with interesting architecture.

The neighborhood was ok, not awesome

We were their 5 days the room was clean only once, not acceptable, the mattress of the bed was terrible. every time we had to get or leave our key they from desk was very busy & toke a long time to get assistance.

The low price ($-- USD/night) was great.

The room was too warm with no fan or breeze through the narrow window. I had to have my room key reset 3 times when it stopped working. A coffee maker would have been nice.

close to Doctores metro, young lady with glasses front desk was very helpful, large room, courteous to call me a cab when I requested one, wifi is good but spotty at nite, good old Mexican movies on tv..I speak SPanish, no problem

Male in front desk wanted me to leave my id when I asked for the remote..refused of course, settled for 100 pesos, bed was lumpy, dark corridors that scared me, restaurant was good but needs help

The staff were somewhat helpful and very clear on what hotel rules were. We had a nice spacious room and some very basic amenities. Technically, we felt secure where we were staying. It also had a car park which I think was good but also rare for the city.

There was an unnecessary process of calling security to escort our bags for “luggage storage” that ended up with them just being put in the corner of the hotel bar all day. This is not my idea of secure luggage storage, however, we didn’t lose anything and no one seemed to really be in the restaurant anyway. The whole hotel seemed eerie/ abandoned with the toilet light near the lobby rarely being on and the restaurant always being dark with no lights. The decor made it feel like a set of the shining. Location wasn’t amazing but not terrible either. The receptionist was good but behaved like a robot with a memorised script. That’s not exactly a bad point because he’s technically doing his job well, just a bit strange which doesn’t help with the eerie atmosphere created there.

They did early check-in and at checkout they found and handed back a personal item I left in the room

Uncomfortable bed, very few power outlets, not enough trash cans.Wall are paper thin, you can hear the TV in the next room. A crying baby kept me awake for several hours one night.

Good size and clean rooms.

There was an issue during the check in where the hotel charged us a higher rate than what was advertised on this platform and that made the entire check in experience quite difficult and stressful. Also I booked a room with a view and was given one facing the interior of the building.

Large room.

Very hard bed. Very loud all night. Outside was loud first 3 nights which isn't really the hotels control but the last night was also very very loud almost all night long the floor above us and the hotel did not enforce quite hours. No AC. Room card repeatedly did not work.

Nothing. Not well mantained

All...it was too noise, cleaning need to be polished and the tv did not have a remote control. Too costly for the nonexistence ammenities

Location to center is a short taxi trip away, room was clean and tidyStaff member on reception spoke great English and helped us as much as he could very appreciated

Long waiting time for room key short staffed during busy period and unfortunetly we had a bad experience with the chef who made my whole Family feel very unwelcome

They didn't allow free cancellation or early check-in to my room. No iron, remote control, or hair dryer. Everything was an extra deposit. I had to pay an extra deposit since I had a room with a jacuzzi which I had no idea about. I went into the restaurant and no one waited on me so I walked out after 10 minutes. They didn't allow my visitors into my room and they had come down about 7 pm. I ended up checking out that same evening.

BEDBUGS & COCKROACHES DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! THERE WERE BEDBUGS & COCKROACHES!! 1st off I reserved here and told them I would arrive later than regular check in which they agreed to. I get there and this bald guy very rude, possibly racist, said that room I reserved was not available so they would "upgrade" me to a "suite" for the night. We get into the room, lights don't work only 1 by the bed & bathroom do. Bed is rock hard like harder than concrete! No AC just a tiny window that does nothing. Door to patio doesn't open. Anyways next day we let them know we're going out and they said they would move our bags for us. So we leave don't get back to almost 5ish. The room looked the same as the "suite" except lights worked and bed was more comfortable. I take a shower when I get in and then am relaxing on the bed. After 30min-1hr later a bedbug crawls out. Mind you I always check when I get into a room and saw nothing so I kill it. After a few minutes more are starting to crawl out which we kill. It stops nothing more is coming out but after a little more another 2. I take pictures and go downstairs to show that bald man. He accused me of taking the pictures from Google that I didn't really take them since the guy he sent to our room didn't see any. They wouldn't change rooms, change the sheets or give a refund. While on the phone with booking, another one crawls out. I run downstairs and get the bald one to send the other guy up again after him sighing and making ugly faces at me. This time the guy takes some toilet paper and takes the bedbug downstairs. They call up to our room and say that the only thing they could do is spray our room and we have to step downstairs until the spray clears. I was going to go to the bathroom when I saw a cockroach under the sink. So we just got our bags ready to leave. I forgot something in the bathroom and was going to get it but when I opened the door again there were another 2 more...
